Cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. The location was perfect, right in the center of this city, close to the train station which was convenient for us. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

Everything is what we need and want.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a perfect location. It was just a short walk to the train station and the main attractions. We loved the beautiful streets of the city and the convenience of the water bus stop nearby. The room was spotless and the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding us to the best local restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful dining area.

The only downside was the lack of storage space in the room.

I had the most enchanting time at a charming boutique hotel in Venice. The hotel, tucked away on a picturesque street, exudes timeless elegance that immediately captivated me. From the moment I stepped inside, I was awe-struck by the stunning chandelier that graced the second floor. And oh, the balcony! Overlooking the bustling street and canal, it provided a breathtaking view that made me feel truly immersed in the Venetian atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located in a good neighborhood, close to a vaporetto stop, making it easy to explore the city. it is very close to the Jewish Ghetto, allowing easy access to cultural sites. The hotel also provides a map of the city, which is helpful for navigating around. The rooms are nicely decorated and the modern en-suite bathrooms are a plus. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing information on places to visit and dine.

One negative aspect is that the room I stayed in was close to the restaurant, and I could occasionally hear the noise of the restaurant toilet door opening and closing.
